IDENTIFICATION OF THE SELLER

The goods subject to the following general conditions are offered for sale by Tripodi Pasqualina via De Gasperi, 29 -89012 Delianuova (RC), VAT number 03049630803.

PROCESSING TIMES

Being handcrafted creations, the processing time can vary up to a maximum of about 10 working days. Except for creations already present in the catalog or in the shop window.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order you need to connect to the showcase on the shop page of the site, or for creations on request via private message (email or whatsapp) indicating the type of product and your data.

In case you need to receive an order in a short time, before making the purchase, write me an email at paslyartdesign@gmail.com and I will be able to tell you if the desired item is ready for delivery.

PAYMENT

On this site the payment procedure can take place with two possibilities, CREDIT CARD / PREPAID (eg PostePay) or by bank transfer to the iban code that will be indicated at the time of purchase in case of creations on request or out of the window. Or in direct mode (automatic), again with a credit or prepaid card, when you access the trolley for the sumup showcase.

Once the payment is made you will receive a confirmation message

SHIPMENT

The shipment is carried out throughout Italy at a cost of 6 euros through the registered mail service of the Italian Post Office. You can monitor the shipment through the appropriate code on the Italian Post Office website (Search for shipments), via the toll-free number or via SMS. I will send you a message as soon as the package has been shipped with the tracking code. The registered letter will be delivered within 4 days, in addition to the shipping day, only to the recipient, to an authorized person or to a delegate. In case of absence, you can collect the registered letter at the post office indicated in the stock notice within 30 days.

We are not responsible for any malfunction of the postal service, loss or misplacement of the goods shipped.

WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal can be applied under the following conditions:

The customer must be a private individual.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate it via email to paslyartdesign@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the purchased good.

The return of the goods must take place within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods by tracked shipment. The good, even if the package is open, must be "as new", intact, with complete packaging and in perfect condition. The shipping costs for both sending and returning are borne by the customer.

Once the goods have been received, they will be inspected and, in the event that the characteristics do not correspond to those mentioned above, the return can be refused and the user will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller.

Otherwise, in the event that the right of withdrawal has been exercised following the procedures and terms  indicated, the sums to be refunded will be processed as quickly as possible, in any case, within 30 days from the date of return of the goods. 

PRIVACY POLICY

For the purposes of the European data protection law, I, Pasqualina Tripodi, am responsible for the processing of the buyer's personal data. For any questions or concerns, please write to paslyartdesign@gmail.com.

Personal data (name, surname, address, postcode, city, province, country, email) and tax, collected and processed electronically, will be used only to respond to the buyer's requests and to complete the order, to provide assistance or to add them to the website newsletter.

This information is also necessary for compliance with administrative and legal obligations, such as the conservation of information on the purchase if required by tax legislation or communicated only to subjects delegated to carry out the activities necessary for the execution of the order (eg Poste Italiane ) and communicated exclusively in the context of this affinity.
